Should there be any discrepancy of products delivered, please notify our customer care hotline by email at ; customerservicealb@audiolab.com.my to report on the products within 7 days of receiving the purchase items.

The return and exchange policy does not apply to items, which has been stated as non-exchangeable or non-returnable item.

Return & exchange is allowed with the same product that is equal in value ONLY.

Exchange of products can be arranged under the following conditions :

  • If the products delivered is in damaged or defective condition upon receiving.
  • If the product delivered is expired.
  • If the product delivered is different from the Order delivered.

To return a product that has been purchase through the website, customers are required to make their own arrangement using the postal carrier to our returns centre. The return item is your responsibility until the parcel reaches us. Please be inform that all shipping fee is bear by the customer UNLESS the item is certified under clause 3, you will receive a refund on the delivery charges.

Walk-ins will not be entertain at any AUDIOLAB outlet.

Audiolab shall not be liable with respect to any loss, damage, cost or expense that Customer or any person may incur as a result of delay in the financial institution processing refund.
